Lavender Chai Smoothie Recipe

This is how you find zen in a smoothie. Creamy, relaxing and yummm, say hello to the perfect post-workout treat. 

INGREDIENTS

1 serving Chai or Vanilla Kura

8oz vanilla cashew milk

1 banana, frozen slices

small ginger slice

1/8tsp cinnamon

1/8tsp cardamom

1/2 drop lavender essential oil

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender (use a toothpick to dip in lavender oil) & blend until smooth. Pour & enjoy knowing that you finally did something for YOU!
